Our physicians perform surgery at multiple locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.  We are affiliated with Aurora Healthcare, Columbia-St. Mary’s, ProHealth and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.  When you refer a patient to Hand Surgery Ltd., please let us know if you have a preference for a specific hospital system.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.  Click here for the fax numbers of the facilities we utilize; completed pre-operative paperwork should be faxed directly to the facility.
